Adriano is a cocaine addict, and keeps disappearing and coming back with no warning. This sends Gabriel in an investigation journey on Adriano, which ends up by turning Gabriel in an escort himself. And, even though he doesn’t know it yet, Gabriel is also developing a cocaine problem. The only thing keeping him afloat is his relationship with Monica and Mateus, who live together in a free love arrangement. Gabriel is so caught up with Adriano, that he doesn’t realize he is developing a strong bond with Monica and Mateus, both affectionate and sexual. Gabriel’s wakeup call comes when Adriano dies of overdose in front of him. This pushes our protagonist over the edge, making him perceive he will also die if he continues down the same path. Now, finally awake and determined to change, he understands that he needs to accept himself as a proud gay man and a sex worker. He has lost so much throughout his journey that only in the end is he able to see that he has found a fundamentally important thing: a family, in Gloria, with Monica and Mateus.

简介：吴宗宪-吴宗宪科长坣娜-坣娜经理陈俊生-陈俊生科长锦绣二重唱-公司前台黄韵玲-吴宗宪老婆由金钟制作人刘德蕙与禚宏顺联合制作的现代都会写实剧「明日英雄」，中视於五月三日起每周五晚间九至十时播出。平生从未当过上班族的吴宗宪，在剧中将饰演白领菁英上班族，除了献出他的电视处女秀外，吴宗宪还亲自为该戏写主题曲。「明日英雄」在中视举行热闹盛大的试片记者会，提供原著剧本的日本吉本兴业株式会社社长林裕章，及「明日英雄」原创作家高须光圣、日本艺人山田花子都专程由日本来台参加这场盛会。「明日英雄」日本版剧名叫「明日有蓝天」，去年在日本播出时收视高居同时段第一，由於制作单位认为吴宗宪和男主角滨田雅宫味道极相近，因此一开始就锁定吴宗宪饰演剧中的倒楣蛋「营业部十三课课长」。吴宗宪表示由於工作太忙，每天只能睡三至四小时，本来没打算接这出戏，但是有天深夜回家睡不著，就把制作人给他的日本版ＶＣＲ放来看，没想到剧情深深打动了他，让他很想体验一下上班族的辛苦面，因此才决定排除万难参与演出，他强调：我可是用生命在演这部戏！虽然综艺节目很「好赚」又好玩，即使讲错话也可视为一种表演风格，而戏剧节目则要照剧本走，绝不能自我乱发挥，若常ＮＧ也会害了大家，所以非常辛苦，但是我还是很珍惜这次演出机会。吴宗宪回忆第一部他自导自演的电影「神探两个半」，让他血本无归，他说：「明日英雄」是一部「励志喜剧」，我要藉「明日英雄」再度展现我的个人韧性，不怕挫折伤害，也希望这戏能让年轻人明暸-只要肯努力大家都有希望成为明日英雄！出社会以来从没当过上班族的他，只有在学生时期打工当过加油站加油员，剧中正正经经的上班对他而言倒很新鲜。从日本来台客串演出的日本艺人山田花子，抱著大束鲜花上台献给他仰慕的宪哥，喜感十足的她一见面就对著宪哥大喊：Playboy！除了献花还要献吻，让吴宗宪又喜又怕。山田花子在日本版中也客串演出甘草人物，戏虽不多但是「笑果」十足。康康在剧中饰演日本版松本仁志的角色，松本为常盘贵子男友，是标准的冷面笑匠人物，也是康康极欣赏的演员。康康每集都扮演一位不同的「吐槌」角色，每集只有一两场戏但是笑话不断令人印象深刻，角色包括：超级快递员、警察、同性恋者、过气歌手等，演出时他常笑场笑到不能自已，这些ＮＧ片段，都会剪辑在片尾播出。女主角堂娜在剧中饰演公司女主管，是美丽上班女性代表人物，剧中她干练坚强冷若冰霜，但却感情空白内心脆弱，吴宗宪非常欣赏她的个人特质，他认为她：温柔婉约中有股笃定的气质。至於首度和迷人的堂娜演戏会不会「来电」？宪哥马上声明，一起工作的演员绝不会发生绯闻，不信你们回想看看？！「明日英雄」由陈东瀚导演，剧中其他演员还有饰演吴宗宪死对头的优秀课长陈俊生及卜大中、刘耕宏、洪其德、太保、马国毕、锦绣、黄韵玲、高凌风等。
